As a television reporter, weather anchor, and now morning radio host of Iris & Grizz in the Morning on 93.1 KISS-FM in El Paso, I've spent years learning what captures attention, builds trust, and inspires action.
Today, I use that experience to help businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations amplify their message through strategic public relations, media outreach, storytelling, keynote speaking, event hosting, and voiceover work.
I'm the proud Founder and Executive Director of Mija, Yes You Can, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women and creating opportunities for future leaders. Building a nonprofit from the ground up has given me firsthand experience in fundraising, community partnerships, event promotion, brand development, and mission-driven communications.
